VISION AND MISSION

What if every community received the same high-quality education?

Generally, EL's parents arrive in the US and lodge where their community is. Therefore, it's not uncommon for students of the same nationality to live in the same area.  However, some of these areas are less privileged than others. Our philosophy is that all ELs deserve to have the same high-quality education, regardless of where they attend schools. Therefore, we desire to provide a first-class education through:

#1

An ESL Structured Curriculum. This allows students to reach English Proficiency faster and have a chance of thriving academically. It also keeps the learning flow and have a sense of achievement and growth.

#4

Offer structured and specific Social-Emotional Support to ELs in the classroom as well as familiarization with American Culture. Many ELs are refugees, asylum seekers, and lived in refugee camps. Some may have traumas; some may not be familiarized with costumes that seem trivial for the rest of the American people.

#2

Providing ESL Teachers and school staff professional courses, workshops, and training. Proving ESL Teachers and school staff professional courses, workshops, and training. The two key components for any project are: having everyone on the same page and setting expectations. ESL Institute studies each state scenario and establishes tangible solutions for schools around the US.

#5

Having ELs reading English books from the most important Children’s Authors from their home country (or from their parents’ home country). Fables myths, legends, and fairy tales from Latin America, Brazil, China, and the Middle East all translated, adapted, and distributed in American Schools.

#3

Partnering with parents to direct and guide them to non-paid ESL classes. Apart from educating them on the American system of Education and how academic achievement and a high GPA play a role in their kids' future.
